Once I understood how the new process worked it was really easy for me to use my gem rewards for an order.

Unfortunately, I had to buy this card if I wanted to redeem some of the "Gems" collected in my customer account. The card came with an extra code that had to be redeemed at checkout. I had to contact support because the code wasn't accepted at first. Customer service responded quickly and helped out, but I find the whole process extremely cumbersome and lacking in transparency. At many other shops where I shop, you can simply specify the points you want to redeem at checkout, and they are applied immediately—no multiple emails or codes that have to be entered somewhere. You can definitely do better than this, dear Tonic Studio team.The process is just terribly cumbersome.
