Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products, including SVGs
Returns are only acceptable if purchased from the Tonic Studios Website. For other retailers, please contact them directly.
Bundle items can only be refunded if the full bundle is returned. We do not accept partial bundles and refunds.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts, due to causes not attributable to our error. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be rejected.
Please use the Contact us section BEFORE returning any item so we can discuss your return options. If your product is faulty, please also contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tonic-studios.com or use the contact us section of the website with the details of your issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, sometimes up to 8 working days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@tonic-studios.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 36 Heol Treth Pyle GB CF33 6BQ
Tonic Studios Ltd. will cover the shipping costs, but you will be responsible for shipping your returned item. Please keep your shipping receipt on hand for when we receive the returned item, in case the shipping costs are not clear on the postage label. We ask that returns be shipped 2nd class if possible.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
