Shipping policy

Orders should arrive within 2 working days of despatch. If you are ever unsure when your parcel will arrive, you can check your despatch email, which has a Royal Mail tracking number. if you have a question about your order further than that please contact us support@tonic-studios.com

We use 48hr Royal Mail Tracked Service as standard on all our UK orders

We use the relevant International Standard for the country. The delivery window on these orders can vary. Although listed in the EU countries, some countries can be costly to ship to - some of these will be listed in the international section.

PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased from different postage rates will incur compound postage rates. All postage is shown on checkout before payment.

We ship orders to countries worldwide, and if your country doesn't have a valid shipping option, please contact us at support@tonic-studios.com to add this option. We do ship to the USA however there is a dedicated US website www.tonic-studios.com.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are purchasing for USA delivery please take note of current tax and import charges.  During 2025 we have already seen significant last minute changes that may effect your charges.  This are the responsibility of the purchaser.
