Red
- We have been out of the office since the 20th of December due to our Christmas Holidays.
- Our first day back was the 2nd of January 2025
- There is a backlog of orders from the time we were off.
- Tonic Craft Kits have been dispatched as usual on the first working day of month
Green
- Staff Levels are enough to handle order capacity.
- 99% Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of receipt.
- Courier and 3rd Party partners are operating at normal capacity.
What you should expect:
- Orders dispatched within a maximum of 72 hours of receipt. In most cases however it will be 24-48 hour dispatch.
- UK orders delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
- EU Orders delivered within 7 Days of dispatch.
Amber
- Staff Levels are limited and orders are taking longer to process than normal.
- 99% Orders are dispatched within 5 days of receipt.
- Courier and 3rd Party partners may be operating at reduce capacity and may effect delivery times.
What you should expect:
- Orders dispatched within 5 days receipt.
- UK orders delivered within 72 hours of dispatch.
- EU Orders delivered within 7-10 Days of dispatch.
Red
- Staff Levels are below levels needed severely effecting our ability to dispatch quickly.
- Orders dispatch times will be stated in the main status announcement.
- Courier and 3rd Party partners may be severely effected.
What you should expect:
- Longer delays in order times (check main status).
