WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
WHEN WILL PAYMENT LEAVE MY ACCOUNT?
As a monthly subscriber, your first payment will be taken at the point of purchase. Payment will then be taken from your designated payment method on the first day of subsequent months. Your subscription will then auto-renew each month without any need to resubscribe.
HOW AM I CHARGED?
Your payment will be taken from your designated payment method on the first day of the month.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
You do not need an account to proceed to checkout, as this can be done as a guest. However, in order to check the status of your order or to amend any subscriptions, you will need an account to gain access to these options.
Setting up an account is simple and can be done following the placing of your order, at which time you'll receive an email requesting you ‘activate’ your account. Simply click the link in the email and choose your password to create your account. Check your spam folder if you can't see the email in your inbox.
You can also create an account using your Facebook account via our social login option.
CAN I LOGIN USING MY FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE ACCOUNT?
Yes, to create an account you can use an email or use the login details for one of your favourite social media sites such as Facebook. For example, click the Facebook bar under the ‘Create account’ page and follow the instructions. From now on if you are logged into Facebook, you don’t need to login again to this site. At the checkout you will need to confirm your address but this will be saved for future use.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, CAN YOU HELP?

I'VE ORDERDED TWO KITS BY MISTAKE, CAN YOU HELP?
If you think you may have placed an additional order by mistake, email us at support@tonic-studios.com where we can cancel the duplicate order or update your order details.
WHEN WILL MY KIT ARRIVE?
Kits are dispatched on the first working day of each month. Your kit should arrive within 7 days in the UK or 20 days outside of the UK after dispatch. If your kit has not arrived within this time frame, email us at support@tonic-studios.com and we'll do our best to help.
MY TONIC CRAFT KIT IS DAMAGED OR SOMETHING IS MISSING?
If your Tonic Craft Kit arrives damaged or in an unusable condition or if a product from the kit is missing, email us at support@tonic-studios.com as soon as possible with information on which items are affected and we'll have a replacement sent as soon as we can.
I WISH TO RETURN MY TONIC CRAFT KIT?
If you are unhappy or wish to return your Tonic Craft Kit, email us at support@tonic-studios.com with the reason for the return and if eligible we will give you details for the next step
HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Once you have checked out AND created your account by activating it via the welcome email, you can login at any time by clicking the 'Account' section on the menu bar - indicated by the outline of a person next to the 'Search' magnifying glass.
On the 'My Account' screen, click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' button at the top of the page. On that page, you can make changes, amend payment details and cancel your subscription.
You can amend your delivery address through your account by logging in and visiting the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' section. We would need the address to be updated before the end of the month in order for us to process your order with the updated delivery address: for more information email us at support@tonic-studios.com

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT WILL BE IN EACH KIT?
The Tonic Craft Kit is revealed on the 20th of the each month, via email to our email subscribers, and through a Reveal Video on our YouTube channel. You can check these out to see all the contents of the upcoming kit.
CAN I SKIP A KIT?
Yes! If a kit is not to your taste, or you need a break, simply access the 'Account' section on the menu bar (indicated by the outline of a person next to the 'Search' magnifying glass) and click the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' button. You can select the option to skip the upcoming kit here.
A kit can be skipped at any time, however, please note the important dates below to understand which kit will be skipped for you.
If you skip any time from the 20th, (when the new kit is revealed) to the end of the month, no payment will be taken on the 1st of the subsequent month, and this kit will be skipped.
If you skip after your kit payment is taken on the 1st of the month, the current kit will ship as normal, and the subsequent kit (revealed on the 20th of the month) will be skipped.
I'M AN EU CUSTOMER HOW DOES BREXIT EFFECT MY CRAFT KIT SUBSCRIPTION?
You will not be asked to pay any additional charges from either the carrier delivering your Tonic products or from your Government - all is included in the price that you pay for your products.
For your order to ship from the UK to EU countries without customs stops, companies need to be IOSS compliant. This means the company pays your import VAT on your behalf, meaning your package will simply be shipped by us and arrive at your door. You will not need to pay handling charges or VAT on the package*. Tonic are now IOSS compliant so your orders can be handled friction-free.
*This however only is applicable to orders under 150 EUROS. Orders over 150 Euros will have charges on entry.
UK Delivery
The upcoming Tonic Craft Kit is revealed on the 20th of every month and will start despatching on the first working day of the subsequent month. Orders should arrive within 2 working days of despatch. If you are ever unsure when your parcel will arrive, you can check your despatch email, which has a Royal Mail tracking number. If you have a question about your order further than that please contact us support@tonic-studios.com
