WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
Can I use split payments for my pre-order?
At the moment split payments is not an available option as checkout. This is due to the nature of the pre-order payment already being split (deposit and final payment)
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Tonic will take a 25% non-refundable deposit for the Pre-ordered item at initial purchase and the remaining 75% will be taken in full on the specified date Tonic has set for the pre-order
Can i ADD Items TO mY ORDER AT CHECKOUT?
You can add other items to your basket when you pre-order, and these will ship alongside your Pre-ordered item. You will be charged at full price for the other items in your basket at the time of purchase. The 25% non-refundable deposit is only applied to the pre-ordered item.
CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT TO MY PRE-ORDER?
TCK and other discount codes can be applied to the pre-order, unless specified by Tonic.
Can I AMEND MY ORDER?
You can only amend the items in the basket that are not pre-ordered.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will ship on the specified date that you can find on the pre-ordered product.
What happens if I can't complete payment?
If we are not able to take a final payment before the general release, then we cannot guarantee you the pre-order. It will go back into general stock at general release.
Can a pre-order sell out
We can set a limit to how many of a product are available by pre-order, so technically, yes, it could sell out. (We are only offering pre-orders of items we physically have in stock, so there is an upper limit on how many we have.
