To celebrate World Card Making Day 2025, our Design Team have created a range of stunning cards, using our recent Creative Collection launches.
For this project, Shabneez creates a fun pop-up card using A Very Elfy Creative Collection, along with products from the Festive One bundle we have put together to celebrate this event! For this project you will need:

* White Card
* Water Pen
* Nuvo White Gel Pen
* Craft Perfect Foam Pads
* Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive
* A Very Elfy Creative Collection
* Nuvo Embellishment Mousse – Antique Red*
Step 1
Use the square punch board to punch out 2 squares which are 2 ½” and 1 square which is 2 ¾” from Polished Gold card. Punch out 2 squares 2 ½” and 1 square 2 ¼“ from Grass Green card.

* 5 x 7 White Card Blank
* Score Board and Tool
* Paper Trimmer
* Scissors
Step 2
Use the stars from the stencil to cover the green squares and go over with the Nuvo drops. Leave all 3 squares to dry.
Step 3
Take a 5”x7” card blank and score in half along the long side at 2 ½”. Cut matt and layers from Polished Gold and Red Velvet.
Step 4
Use the Antique Red Nuvo Mousse through the snowflake part of the stencil on to the Red Velvet matts and layers you have created. Leave to dry.
Step 5
Adhere all the matts and layers to the card base with Nuvo adhesive.
Step 6
Create the pop up element by taking a piece of 1” x 4 ½” white card and scoring at 1”, 2”, 3” and 4” along the long side. Add glue to the ½” section to form a square.
Step 7
Adhere glue to the 2 sides of the pop up element and adhere in the centre of the card. Stick matts and layers on the top.
Step 8
Stamp, colour and die cut all your images. I used Nuvo Watercolour pencils and a Waterbrush. Stamp sentiments in red ink and fussy cut. Adhere onto the squares with foam pads.
Step 9
Adhere the largest square as shown in the centre of the pop up element using glue on the corner.
Step 10
Stick the other 2 squares on the edge of the fold using foam pads. Add Nuvo drops in the centre of some snowflakes to finish.
