Earning Gems can be done in a number of ways, the first way is with purchases. One gem per £1 spent. Other ways include signing up to our newsletter, telling us your birthday and many more. You can see all the ways to earn Gems on the Gem Rewards page.
How do I redeem my Gems?
To redeem your Gems make sure you are signed in and click Spend Points. The current available rewards are various denominations of Gift Cards to use on the website. There are multiple options to choose from, all with differing Gem values to spend to purchase the Gift Card. Make sure you click Apply Now once you have selected your reward, and complete the Checkout process to purchase (for free!) your Gift Card. The code for your Gift Card is then emailed directly to the email address associated with your account.
Do Gems Expire?
You have 12 months from the date of your last purchase to redeem your Gems. Any new purchase made before the 12 months are up, will refresh the expiry date of your Gems.
Do rewards Expire?
No. When you redeem your reward, you convert it to a Gift Card to use on our website. This Gift Card does not expire.
Can I stack rewards and other discount codes?
Yes, as the Gift Card is added as a method of payment, you are able to stack other discount codes with it, including TCK.
I subscribe to the Tonic Craft Kit - do I earn gems with those purchases?
Yes, every month you purchase your Tonic Craft Kit you will receive points on your order.
Yes, if you receive a refund in any form, you will also have the correct amount of Gems deducted from your account.
For example if you are refunded £5 you will have 5 Gems deducted from your balance.

I cant see gems from my latest order?
Points are added to your account when the order is dispatched. This allows for any modifications to the order if an item is out of stock or you change your mind. Once you receive the despatch confirmation the gems will automatically be added.
I cant find the link to sign up?
Click the small blue Gem icon at the top of any page to access the Gem Rewards page.
I paid in a different currency to GBP how does that work?
Gems are based on GBP as the base rate. If you paid in USD or any other currency it will convert the gems to the equivalent GBP standard.
