When will a product be back in stock?

Simply click the notification button on the out of stock product to be notified on it's return.

When is a product being released to trade?

Products are usully available 30 days after they have appeared on Create and Craft.





What payments to you take?

We take nearly all card payment which you will see in the checkout section.  We also allow payments with your amazon account so you do not need to re-register your card details.  If you wish to pay by an alternative method please contact us.


Is your website secure?

We use industry standard SSL certification with encrypted checkout through a trusted third party.  We do not store or keep any of your payment details if these are stored they are with the payment gateway which is PCI compliant Level 1 DSS (that the best security you can get).


How do i get a discount?

Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days once placed however delivery times can vary.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, £50.00 after trade discount has been applied.


Is there a minimum order value to qualify for free carriage?

Yes, if you spend over £100 after trade discount your carriage will be free



I placed an order can I change it or cancel it?

Can we order in Europe?

I have received my order and something is wrong - what do I do?

Use the contact us button as soon as possible so we can make a change.  Please talk to us before sending anything back so we have a chance to fix it.

I want to return an item - how do I do that?

Firstly please get in touch so we know your returning and item.  We ask you to do this within 7 days of receiving the products. When you contact us please let us know if you want a refund or an exchange.  We can talk you through what to do next.  The products need to arrive back to us in the condition you received them in in order to qualify for a refund.
