Double Pop Up Birthday Card - Edna

Hi and welcome to the blog today.
I thought I would make a card showing Friday's diagram in operation.
I've made this wee birthday card for my darling grand daughter who will be one on Sunday.
I can't believe how fast the time has flown by.
She is a very special little lady with a smile that just melts my heart. :)

I've used card stock for the card with a deep purple as my mats and layers.

I Miss You Topper and Frame with Flowers - a post from Karen

For today's Tonic Studios card, I'm going to give you the instructions to make one of my cards that Jodie made live on Create and Craft.

I started off by making an 8" x 8" square card blank out of cream pearlescent card, I've shared how to do this so many times you're probably sick of reading it so I'll leave it out of this one :). I cut a layer of gold pearlescent paper leaving a small border. I...

Baby scrapbook page

I thought it was about time I shared some of my scrapbooking with you....I know I am best known as a cardmaker but there are some other things which I'll probably share here soon too.

Butterfly lattice Semi die

If you have ordered the semi dies from Create and Craft and you also have the Butterflies and Blooms dies, you'll love how they all work together so beautifully. I've used the Butterfly lattice semi dies here and the butterfly dies nestle delightfully on top. I've also used the Victorian Border punch and the Cornflower Bouquet Boutiquedie. The background paper is also from Tonic. The die that has...

I'm showing you here how I made the little bib on the card-...

Items used to make the basket include:- Tonic Doily Border Punch, Tonic Victorian Border Punch, Petal Pairs set 1, Petal Pairs Petite...

A beautiful bag from Alison

I`ve been playing with the Tonic Simplicity punches and this is what I`ve come up with.

The basket is made from a 12 x 12 sheet of card. The edging strips on the basket are punched using the Tonic Doily border punch. The handle is edged with the Tonic Victorian border punch.

The smaller flowers are made using the Petal Pairs Petite 1 punch and the larger flowers are made using the Petal Pairs set 2...
