Something a little different - glass painting

I used one of the pop up occasions dies and cut some self adhesive vinyl to use as a stencil. One of the scalloped circle layering dies was also used to make the outer rim of the stencil. I used gold ceramic paint that you can fire in your home oven and sponged it on. ( I would have achieved a smoother finish had I just brushed it on).

You leave it to dry and cure for 24 hrs before heating it in your oven for 30 minutes, and there you have it - a celebration glass to mark your special occasion. You can do the same with glass etching cream. You could etch or paint onto a glass plate or bowl - even a glass casserole dish.
What would you make?
