Hello - Edna

Good morning and welcome to the weekend on the blog.

I'm continuing to share cards made for the POTW by Tonic Studios on Create & Craft.
This is another version of the Daisy Burst die and stencil set but this time using inks and embossing powders to highlight the design.

I've inked through the stencil with distress inks and used clear embossing powder to bring gloss to the design elements in the centre die cut and the corners. You can still bring lots of colour variations and different effects with the inks in your stash but if you can, give the mousse a whirl. It really is special and you will wonder how you ever crafted without it. :)

Tonic Products used -
Daisy Burst die and stencil set
Layering circles
Hello sentiment stamp
Dandelion yellow/ Apple Green Crystal drops
Clear Embossing powder

Other products used -
Distress inks in mustard seed and Dusty Concorde

I cut the green cardstock with the die and inked with dusty concorde Distress ink embossed with clear ep, the white was treated in the same way but with the mustard seed ink. I then offset them to create depth and 3D'd them to the card to play with the light and give even more depth.
The corners are shadowed with the green cardstock and inked and embossed to carry on the theme.
The Crystal drops were a perfect colour match and again add another layer of interest to the card.

I hope you are enjoying the shows with Jodie demonstrating just how versatile these dies and mousses can be.
